“Win or Lose,” coming to Disney+ on February 19, is Pixar’s first original series. The show “follows the intertwined stories of eight different characters as they prepare for their big championship softball game. The series reveals what it actually feels like to be in the shoes of each character—the insecure kids, their helicopter parents, even a lovesick umpire—with incredibly funny, very emotional and uniquely animated perspectives.”

“Win or Lose” was created, written, and directed by Carrie Hobson and Michael Yates. The cast includes Will Forte, Ian Chen, Izaac Wang, Jo Firestone, Milan Ray, Josh Thomson, Erin Keif, and Rosie Foss.

“Win or Lose” recently made headlines for news that Pixar was cutting a transgender storyline from the show. The character will remain but be portrayed as a cisgender girl. Former Pixar staff and the character’s voice actress, Chanel Stewart, spoke out about their disappointment with the change.
