Extended Evening Hours will return at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in May 2025.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Extended Evening Hours
Extended evening hours are a perk available to guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, allowing them to enjoy a select park after regular operational hours have ended and the park has closed to day guests.
Typically the Extended Evening Hours happen at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, or Hollywood Studios, but in May, the extended hours will be at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
On May 5, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early Entry for Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The Extended Evening Hours will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Disney has not yet announced which attractions will be available during the Extended Evening Hours. Past after-hours offerings for the park have included Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Avatar Flight of Passage, and Na’vi River Journey.
