Windows have also been installed on the left side of the building. Crew members in scissor lifts are also at work on that side of the structure. The floor surrounding the structure has been covered in TYPAR wrap, likely to protect it while construction work continues.

The former Cinnabon and Quiet Flight Surf Shop closed in 2024 to make way for the current Universal Studios Store expansion. Once completed, the Universal Studios Store expansion will add a new Harry Potter section and a Super Nintendo World section. The store will also carry Epic Universe merchandise similar to what is available currently at the new Universal Stella Nova Resort.
