A new doll celebrating the 75th anniversary of “Cinderella” has arrived at Walt Disney World, alongside two new figures of the glass slipper and Cinderella with Lady Tremaine.
We found these items in Box Office Gifts at Magic Kingdom.
Cinderella 75th Anniversary Doll – $149.99
The limited-edition Cinderella doll is numbered out of 5230. Cinderella is dressed in a stylized version of her classic ice-blue ball gown, adorned with silver glitter and rhinestones.
The lilac ribbon tied around the box has a bow in the back. The text on the back provides more information about the doll in English, French, and Spanish:
Disney is proud to present this limited-edition Cinderella doll in celebration of the animated feature film’s 75th anniversary. A night of dazzling magic awaits the soon-to-be princess as she is whisked away to a royal ball for a night of enchantment. Will she make it home before the clock strikes twelve? Revel in this bibbidi-bobbidi-beautiful fairy tale with this limited-edition keepsake for fans and collectors alike.
“Cinderella 75th” is written inside an ornate silver frame on either side of the box, though the top is still covered in transparent plastic so guests can see inside. The doll is expected to be released online at the Disney Store on February 11 at 9 a.m. PT.
Glass Slipper Figurine – $129
The next Cinderella 75th anniversary item is a figurine of the glass slipper. The slipper is transparent and has purple lights that will make it glow once batteries are inserted. The slipper sits on a purple pillow.
As with the doll, the back of the figurine’s box shares a little more information about the item in multiple languages.
For anyone who wants to see the figurine before purchase, a glass display case in the store shows the slipper outside of the box. The figurine’s lights have also been turned on, so guests can see how the glow effect looks in person.
Cinderella and Lady Tremaine Figurine – $229
The final new Cinderella 75th anniversary item is this figurine of Cinderella and Lady Tremaine. Cinderella stands in her stone attic room, swirling her mother’s pink dress in delight. Cinderella’s mice Jaq and Gus are also in the corner of the room. Beneath Cinderella, Lady Tremaine strides down the stairs holding a key, as though she has just locked Cinderella’s door.
As with the other items, the back of the box has a description of the figurine, an image of the item, and “Cinderella 75th” in silver across the top.
This figurine is also displayed in a case next to the slipper so guests can view it outside the box. The display provides a better look at Lucifer at the bottom of the stairs and the details in Cinderella’s room.
