The Universal Stella Nova Resort gift shop has more new Epic Universe merchandise, including Niffler slippers inspired by “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.”
Niffler Slippers – $40
Nifflers are sneaky beasts from the “Harry Potter” series inspired by real-life echidnas. They like shiny things so often steal gold coins and jewelry. Magizoologist Newt Scamander keeps some Nifflers in his case and they help him on his adventures.
The plush shoes resemble two black Nifflers with tan faces and limbs. They appear to be curling around the wearer’s feet, looking up at them.
Their fluffy tails are at the heels of the slippers.
The Nifflers come with paper “gold coins” in their hands. The coins are French, indicating they are from Place Cachée, the main setting of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe.
Bottle Holder Bag – $42
This bag is blue, a main color of generic Epic Universe merchandise. It has a stitched diamond pattern across the outside. A patch of the Epic Universe logo is on the front.
Behind the patch is a small pocket with a bronze-tone zipper. Inside are some small slip pockets, including card slots. The bag’s main open compartment is designed to hold a water bottle.
The adjustable strap is dark blue with yellow-gold celestial designs like a sun, stars, and a comet. It has bronze-tone hardware.
Coca-Cola Freestyle Tumbler – $49.99
This Stanley-style tumbler is dark blue with the Epic Universe logo on one side. It’s set against a slightly brighter section of blue dotted with stars.
“Epic Universe” is embossed on the other side. It has a slight purple outline to the letters.
The cap is clear plastic. It includes a reusable blue straw. It’s hand-wash only and not microwaveable.
This is a Coca-Cola Freestyle tumbler, so guests can use it to get refills at Universal Orlando drink locations throughout the day. It’s stainless steel and vacuum insulated so can keep beverages hot for 6 hours and cold for 16 hours.
