Two new pin starter sets are available at Walt Disney World, one featuring Mickey and Minnie, and the other featuring park icons.
Both new sets are available at Island Mercantile in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and other pin locations.
Walt Disney World Park Icons Pin Starter Set – $44.99
This set includes four pins and a lanyard. The lanyard is light blue with blue depictions of the four Walt Disney World theme park icons: Spaceship Earth, Cinderella Castle, Tower of Terror, and Tree of Life. Those four icons are depicted in full-color on the pins, alongside a classic Disney character. The characters are each in a colored circle in the lower right corner of the pin.
Figment is pictured in a dark purple circle in front of Spaceship Earth and the EPCOT entrance fountain. The dragon wears his classic yellow turtleneck.
Though Stitch isn’t really featured at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, he’s on the park’s pin in a beige circle next to The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
Mickey, of course, is on the Magic Kingdom pin. He’s in a light blue circle in front of the pink, blue, and gray castle. The last pin features Rafiki from “The Lion King” in a green circle with the Tree of Life.
First Pin Starter Set – $29.99
This set of pins comes on an orange lanyard with a pattern of yellow stars and red Mickey heads. There are three pins instead of the standard four in a starter set.
Two of the pins are star-shaped. They both feature the same artwork of Mickey wearing a lanyard of pins. One star is green, the other is blue.
The third pin features a pair of overlapping stars. Mickey, wearing his pin lanyard, is on the larger yellow star. Minnie is wearing a lanyard on the orange star. “My First Pin” is in big bubble letters above them.
