The Starbucks on Disney Springs West Side is closing temporarily for a “major refurbishment.”
Disney Springs Starbucks Temporarily Closing
There are no operating hours listed for the West Side Starbucks starting on March 3, 2025. The online calendar is currently available through April 29. This could mean the closure is expected to last that long or that Disney has not figured out an opening timeframe yet.
According to WDWMAGIC, this will be an “extensive overhaul” bringing “significant changes” to the West Side location.
The Marketplace Starbucks next to World of Disney will still be available while the West Side coffee shop is closed. The smaller Marketplace location was closed for just two weeks last fall for a small refurbishment.
The 4,000-square-foot West Side Starbucks is located next to the Aerophile balloon, across from Disney Style. Both current Starbucks locations opened in May 2014 as part of the reimagining of Downtown Disney into Disney Springs. In 2020, Disney filed a permit for remodeling the West Side Starbucks but nothing significant ever happened.
