Disney shared a first look at the completed Cotino Bay at the first-ever Storyliving by Disney community in Coachella Valley, California.
Cotino Bay

The bay features the “clearest turquoise waters” thanks to Crystal Lagoons technology. Guests will be able to swim, kayak, and paddleboard in the water. Access to Cotino Bay and the surrounding beaches will be available to residents through a voluntary membership at the Artisan Club, opening this fall. Visitors will be able to visit the bay through ticketed admission to Cotino Bay Beach in the town center, scheduled to open in 2026.

The town center will offer a curated mix of local and regional restaurants and shops including an open-air artist market.
In addition to the Artisan Club, the Incredibles-inspired Parr House will open this fall. More model homes by Woodbridge Pacific Group and Davidson Communities also recently opened.
