A new Japan-exclusive limited edition Darth Vader / Anakin Skywalker by Hot Toys will be released at Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025.
Darth Vader Sith Apprentice 1/6 Scale Poseable Figure – ¥65,000
The figure is a detailed representation of Anakin as he appears near the end of “Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith,” after his turn to the Dark Side but before his near-deadly encounter with Mustafar lava.

The figure is approximately 31 cm tall and has over 30 movable parts. The costume includes a cloth Jedi robe, leather-like black tunic and boots, red pants, and brown shirt.

The Jedi robe is removable and can be manipulated into different poses with a built-in wire. The set includes two types of lightsabers. One has a red LED light-up function powered by USB-C connection. The second is a blue-bladed lightsaber.

A replaceable blade part makes it look like Anakin is swinging the lightsaber. The included stand has a circular pedestal with a backboard featuring the Empire’s logo.
The head, cleared for Hayden Christensen’s portrait rights, was newly developed for this collectible. Each piece is hand-painted, reproducing his skin texture, wrinkles, and face scar.
His hair is created using wool material and hair implantation. His yellow and red Sith eyes move.
Accessories also include a replaceable prosthetic arm and a variety of hand parts.
The package will come with a special Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 commemorative sleeve.
The collectible is part of Hot Toys’ DX (Deluxe) Artisan series utilizing excellent craftsmanship. A lineup of Japan-exclusive items will be sold in limited quantities at Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025. The figure has a limited edition of 1,500. Stock remaining after Star Wars Celebration will be sold at Toy Sapiens at a later date.
Star Wars Celebration Japan is at the Makuhari Messe convention center from April 18 – 20. Check out the panel schedule.
