The marquee for the new “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” show has been installed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The marquee sits above the show’s entrance in Animation Courtyard. The stand-by and Lightning Lane sign was installed earlier this week.
The marquee features Ariel’s silhouette in an orange-gold medallion representing the sun. “The Little Mermaid” is in scale-patterned lettering. “A Musical Adventure” is on a scroll-like element.
3D elements to the sides of Ariel represent waves, seashells, and flowers. Translucent bubbles are embedded in the decorations.
There are translucent bubble orbs above Ariel, too.
“The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” replaces “Voyage of The Little Mermaid,” which never reopened following the 2020 closure due to COVID-19. Below is the old marquee decorations featuring a full Ariel sculpture.

Strangely, the backdrop of the old marquee was replaced in December 2024, suggesting Disney intended to keep it for the new show. But the marquee was then torn down the next month.
“The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure” opens on May 27, the same day as “Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After,” also at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
