Construction walls have gone up next to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe during ongoing pavement work between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park.
Tomorrowland Pavement Work
Construction walls were originally on the Fantasyland side of this walkway near Fairytale Garden. New construction walls are now right next to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. They block some of the outdoor seating and wrap around one of the restaurant’s signs.
While the original construction walls were more Fantasyland-themed, these new walls are gray with blue signs to go with Tomorrowland. The Fantasyland walls came down in late April and were replaced by rolling planters, some of which remain next to Fairytale Garden.
Crews have been tearing up and repaving the walkway. There are some messy edges of the new pavement right now, but hopefully everything will look neat when work is done. All nearby offerings remain open.

Near the Cosmic Ray’s entrance, there are rolling planters on a ramp keeping guests from the blocked-off seating area.
A small section of the walkway is open between the construction walls and planters.
Adventureland also received new pavement in a process that took several weeks at Magic Kingdom.
