As invited media, Disney provided WDWNT with food and beverages, so the following coverage was hosted. As always, WDWNT will still provide our honest thoughts on all below.
During a special preview of GEO-82, the new Spaceship Earth-themed lounge in EPCOT, we got a first look at some of the exclusive new food and beverage items on the menu.
GEO-82 Spaceship Earth Lounge Menu

GEO-82 is a new lounge in EPCOT that is appropriately themed to Spaceship Earth, as it takes over the former Siemens corporate lounge area. Disney first announced the lounge in 2024 with a piece of concept art, which showed geometric designs inspired by the exterior of Spaceship Earth in warm metallic shades.
Disney has already shared the complete menu at GEO-82, which includes several new snacks and beverages. More details have also been released regarding the “Luminous: The Symphony of Us” fireworks viewing experience.
As part of an early preview, Disney invited select guests and members of the media into GEO-82 to take pictures of the interior and get a glimpse of the new beverage options.
GEO-82 Spaceship Earth Lounge Food Reviews
Truffled Ahi Tuna – $23
Japanese whisky barrel-aged soy-truffle ponzu, citrus, scallion, tobiko, and black sesame seeds

The ahi tuna is thick cut and bursting with flavor. The Ponzu sauce is rich and decadent, lending a large impact to the dish. All of the accompaniments add to the flavor, especially the black sesame seeds, which leave a lasting impression on the back end.

Cannellini Hummus (Plant-based) – $14
Pumpkin seed pistou, heirloom radish, preserved lemon, Fresno peppers, and pappadam

This is plant-based, therefore vegan, and one of the best vegan lounge items in all of Walt Disney World. Cannellini hummus is typically lighter than other types, so this seems perfect to pair with a cocktail before returning to a day at the park full of rides. The pappadam is very light as well, requiring a spoon to dole out the delicious hummus without breaking it. The wonderful cannellini flavor is well supported by the toppings, leading to a must-try on every visit.

GEO-82 Spaceship Earth Lounge Drink Reviews
Electron – $23
Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal, carrot, cinnamon, lime, Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters, and pink peppercorn

The Electron is the best-balanced Mezcal drink we’ve ever had at a theme park or resort. It’s very carrot forward, and complemented well by the peppercorn rim.

Brown Butter Old-Fashioned – $28
Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon, brown butter, maple, and Hella Cocktail Co. Mexican Chocolate Bitters

We don’t believe we have had an old-fashioned in our lives that we have enjoyed more than this. It’s slightly sweet from the brown butter and the bitters, but so well balanced. You can taste the Woodford, but you also taste all of the other intended flavors. If you’ll excuse us, we’ll be booking many more GEO-82 reservations to make sure we can enjoy this on the regular.
