Golden Oak Mansion for Sale

A new Instagram post by @mansionisti has shared information about a new property for sale in Golden Oak. Golden Oak is a series of six total neighborhoods with approximately 300 homes that was established on Walt Disney World property in 2011. All images are courtesy of @mansionisti.
This newest property for sale costs $15,850,000 and has a total of 9,254 square feet. The post describes the mansion as “inspired by Mediterranean elegance” with a luxurious white and gold color scheme in the living room and nearby dining room. Other features of the home include, “a grand porte cochere entry, arched colonnades, a soaring double-height foyer, and a lush inner courtyard.”

While the estate has more modern decor in certain rooms, other living spaces are themed to Disney films. The “Star Wars”-inspired theater room has a painted mural meant to look like the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon along with prop replicas of R2-D2 and Han Solo frozen in carbonite.
For one of the bedrooms, the space has an aquatic theme with characters from both “Finding Nemo” and “Finding Dory.” Hank the octopus is carved into the left corner of a raised bed that is painted to look like a dock floating above the ocean. The lower half of the room is decorated with coral and figures of Marlin, Nemo, Dory, Gill, and more.

A second themed bedroom is perfect for fans of “Frozen.” A mountain carved on the left side of the room has large figures of Anna and Elsa in their outfits from the first film. Sven, Olaf, and Kristoff are also standing in the opposite corner of the room. The bed is white with hanging plastic icicles and a mural of Elsa’s ice castle painted on the headboard.

Finally, the outdoor spaces return to the Mediterranean-inspired theme with white columns, curved entry doors, terraces, and a courtyard with a pool. The home is currently being sold by Ken Pozek.
More information was also shared regarding the Golden Oak Four Seasons residences, which were previewed with new concept art in January of this year. Located in Golden Oak’s new Florian Park, the area features nine homes and 31 luxe residences in a newly-constructed tower.
