To celebrate the theatrical release of the live-action “Lilo & Stitch” this week, Disney Springs has received a new themed Joffrey’s Coffee truck and a matching photo-op.
Stitch Joffrey’s Coffee Truck
The new coffee truck is parked in Disney Springs near the escalator for the Orange Garage, to the right of the AMC movie theater. The truck’s right side is being used as the coffee ordering window.
The truck is themed to the new “Lilo & Stitch” film, though the image of Stitch bursting through the rear is his classic animated appearance. Pineapples, leaves, and flowers are also scattered across the blue truck.
The front and rear of the truck advertise the Ohana Blend of Joffrey’s Coffee. The special blend contains an island flavor with notes of pineapple and sweet coconut crėme. It is a medium blend.
A menu of all the truck’s items has been placed in the pathway near the entrance for the line. The full menu includes:
- Freshly Brewed Coffee – $3.79
- Disney Ohana Blend Flavored coffee
- Ohana Horchata – $6.49
- Horchata and Coconut Syrup, topped with Whipped Cream, Blue Sprinkles, and Coconut Shavings
- Vanilla Latte – $6.39
- Other flavors include chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, and Irish cream
- Shakin’ Jamaican Cold Brew – $5.99
- With a Flavor Shot: vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, or Irish Cream – $6.69

- Loose Leaf Hot Tea – $3.69
- Assorted Pastries – $5.99
- Including apple turnover and apple fritters

- Disney Ohana Blend 11 oz. Ground Flavored Coffee – $13.99
The bottom of the sign has a picture of the Ohana Horchata beverage as well as an advertisement for the live-action film.
Near the new Joffrey’s truck, a photo-op featuring the film has also been installed. The location has a large billboard showing Stitch, who appears to be bursting through the sign with a mischievous smile on his face. A smaller sign to the right of the billboard has the complete poster art for the movie.
“Lilo & Stitch” debuted in theaters on May 23, 2025. These Disney Springs additions come in a long line of advertisements for the film. Just before the film’s release, a new social media ad referenced when Cinderella Castle was strewn with toilet paper by the mischievous blue alien for the grand opening of Stitch’s Great Escape. The various Disney Parks accounts have also shared videos of Stitch wreaking havoc at Disneyland during its 70th anniversary celebration, Stitch crashing a photoshoot for Mickey and Minnie, riding Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and more. New menu items inspired by “Lilo & Stitch” are also coming to Walt Disney World and Disneyland to celebrate the release of the new film.
The live-action film is directed by Dean Fleischer Camp (“Marcel the Shell with Shoes On”). It stars newcomer Maia Kealoha as Lilo Pelekai, Sanders as the voice of Stitch, Sydney Agudong as Nani Pelekai, Kaipo Dudoit as David Kawena, Courtney B. Vance as Cobra Bubbles, Galifianakis as Jumba, and Magnussen as Pleakley (who does not wear a dress in the film, despite Fleischer Camp’s attempts). The screenplay is written by Chris Kekaniokalani Bright and Mike Van Waes.
