REVIEW: New Cheesecake Matterhorn Puff at Disneyland

A new sweet snack inspired by the Matterhorn is available at Edelweiss Snacks in Disneyland Park. The Matterhorn puff is made of cheesecake, lemon curd, blueberries, and topped with chocolate and sugar that make it resemble the iconic mountain.

This is a scalding hot mess. The sugar gets everywhere. But despite the messiness, it tastes good.

The lemon flavor is strong and the blueberries complement it well. It’s surprisingly huge, making it good to share between two people.

It’s a perfectly fine dessert with a simple but cute presentation.
