Max is a fluffy brown dog. He has a big black collar with gold-tone hardware, including a gold “D” tag. In “The Secret Life of Pets” films, he’s voiced by Eric Stonestreet.

The action of the first “Secret Life of Pets” film kicks off when Max’s owner adopts Duke, making the Jack Russell Terrier jealous. The two end up on an adventure through New York City.

Max was voiced by Louis C.K. in the first film and Patton Oswalt in the sequel.

Though Universal Orlando Resort doesn’t have a “Secret Life of Pets” ride like Universal Studios Hollywood, these figures aren’t the first representation of the franchise in Universal Studios Florida. Guests may also spot the poodle Leonard and pug Mel in apartment windows in the New York area.
