UPDATE: Booking Details for The Beak and Barrel Pirates of the Caribbean Tavern Removed from Walt Disney World Website

Walt Disney World has removed all details regarding booking The Beak and Barrel, which was supposed to operate during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Booking Details for The Beak and Barrel Removed

On Monday, May 12, the Walt Disney World website shared that Disney Resort hotel guests could book their reservations for The Beak and Barrel starting June 12, with all other guests allowed to book beginning June 16. However, these bookings would only be for dining on select nights from August 15 through October 31, during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Despite this upcoming availability to book, it was unclear whether this was the actual opening of the new Pirates of the Caribbean tavern; the venue was still listed on the page as “Coming in Late 2025.”

As of today, the website now reads,

The Beak and Barrel is scheduled to open in late 2025. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Check back later for details about making reservations.

It is unclear why Disney removed this information from the website, though it is possible that the confusion surrounding its opening could have contributed to its removal.

According to the storyline for the tavern, The Beak and Barrel was “established by Captain Merry Goldwyn, and is overseen by Rummy, her chatty parrot quartermaster,” who “bears a striking resemblance to the original Barker Bird,” a.k.a. Peg-Leg Pete.

Stay tuned for more updates as we await further booking details for The Beak and Barrel, as well as an opening date and menu.
