Our partners at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort invited us to tour their hotel, which is currently undergoing renovations.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort is located at 8100 Lake Street, Orlando, Florida, 32836, and it is less than a 10-minute drive from Disney Springs. Conveniently located near I-4 and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, the resort has 334 suites, multiple dining offerings, various amenity offerings, flexible conference spaces, and free shuttles to all four Disney parks and Disney Springs.
Renovations
The resort is undergoing a massive renovation. Phase 1 of the renovations has been completed, and it included new furniture in both the lobby spaces and the restaurant, new pavers around the pool area, and new carpeting in the hallways and conference spaces.
The resort is currently in its second phase of renovation and will be completed in October 2025. This part of the renovation is dedicated to the complete overhaul of the rooms.
Rooms
All suites in the resort are 2-room suites, which means that every suite has both a living room area and a separate bedroom, and the suites sleep up to six people.

The living room area has a light-toned, wood-look floor throughout with a sofa that converts into a queen bed, an armchair, two matching ottomans, and a 55-inch HDTV in each room. There is also a small round white table with three upholstered chairs that can be used as a dining table.
All rooms also have a wet bar, which features dark brown cabinetry, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and a coffee maker. The wet bar has a round mirror hanging on the wall above the counter.

The room that we toured had a king-sized bed, which is decorated in a modern, minimalist style, and has the same light-toned, wood-look floor as the living room. One unique feature in the bedroom is the additional sink, where more people can get ready while others are using the bathroom. The resort offers suites with 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, which are all pet-friendly. There are also accessible rooms available.
Dining

There are multiple dining offerings available in the resort, including a coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee, an ice cream shop, a pizza shop, a pool bar, and an on-site restaurant called Gazebo Restaurant & Grille.
A complimentary full American breakfast, featuring a made-to-order station, is offered to all resort guests. Also, there is a complimentary cocktail happy hour available for all guests over the age of 21.
Amenities

The resort also offers extensive amenities, such as a pool that is both outdoors and indoors, a splash pad for small children, cabanas by the pool, a fitness center, a tennis and pickleball court, a volleyball court, a half-court basketball area, and a playground.
Conference Spaces

The resort also has over 6,500 square feet of flexible event space, including the 250-person Banquet Setup Buena Vista Ballroom (3,360 square feet). There are a total of eight available meeting rooms, including two boardrooms, which are fully set up.
There are ample options for catering, and their team of experts is on site for all the necessary support during an event.
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels
As a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel, the resort offers free shuttles to Disney property, but also, the resort staff can book guests’ Theme Park Tickets at the front desk and help with vacation planning and group stays that make the most of the Disney magic.
