On an updated sign located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios following the closure of MuppetVision 3D, the name of Ice Cold Hydraulics has been accidentally misspelled.
Sign Misspelling at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Ice Cold Hydraulics is an outdoor kiosk hosted by Coca-Cola that is located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. While we have mostly been following this spot due to a new mural painted on the nearby brick wall, we noticed an unfortunate mistake related to this location on an updated park directional sign.

The accidental misspelling is located on one of the tall silver and green directional signs placed around Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This sign is specifically standing near the entrance for Backlot Express, around the corner that connects Grand Avenue with Commissary Lane. This sign was recently updated following the closure of PizzeRizzo and MuppetVision 3D, which have both been blocked off following their last day of operation on June 7.

Looking at this sign a little closer, the name of Ice Cold Hydraulics on the sign is spelled as “Ice Cold Hydrolics” with an “o” instead of an “au.” The arrow still points to the correct destination. We expect that Disney will soon be aware of the mistake, if they aren’t already, and the sign will be altered soon.

This sign is not the only misspelling issue related to the closure of MuppetVision 3D. We reported earlier this week that the digital map found on the My Disney Experience app had been altered to remove the now-blocked section of Grand Avenue that hosted the Muppets, resulting in multiple nearby attractions getting their names incorrectly spelled or, in some cases, completely removed.
If you want to see more of the now-closed section of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we have complete tours of the entire MuppetVision 3D queue as well as PizzeRizzo, Gonzo’s Royal Flush, and more.
