Today marks the main day of WDWNT.com’s unofficial farewell to MuppetVision 3D, “A Glorious 3-Day Finale!” Join us as we celebrate the impact of this historic attraction and the legacy of Jim Henson and the Muppets at Walt Disney World, either in person or online via livestream.
A Glorious 3-Day Finale Presented by WDW News Today
The in-person event highlights include a meet-and-greet and autograph signing with former Imagineers and Muppeteers — including Steve Whitmire, best known for performing Kermit the Frog, Rizzo the Rat, and more — along with several panels and presentations that will share never-before-seen art and untold tales of the creation of MuppetVision 3D.
The remainder of the event schedule is as follows:
- Friday, June 6: Panels, Presentations, Meet-and-Greets, and Signing Session with Special Guests
- Saturday, June 7: Park Meetup at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Theme park admission and reservation required, “A Glorious Finale” event registration not required)
