Disney and Pixar’s “Elio” has landed at McDonald’s with a new series of Happy Meal toys.

There are eight toys to collect, inspired by the film’s characters Elio, Helix, Questa, Mira, Glordon, Girgon, Aquarii, and Alya. Each is depicted on a translucent blue “floating” platform.
The toys come with an element that attaches to the base. When pinched, it sends the character spinning across a flat surface.

Happy Meal boxes will feature “Elio” graphics and “Elio” activities are available on HappyMeal.com.
Elio Pixar Movie Release Date
After multiple delays, with the first teaser trailer and poster being released in 2023, “Elio” will finally hit theaters on June 20, 2025.
“Elio” stars Yonas Kibreab as the titular 11-year-old desperate to be abducted by aliens, Remy Edgerly as Elio’s new alien friend Glordon, Zoe Saldaña as Elio’s Aunt Olga Solis, Brad Garrett as Glordon’s father Lord Grigon, Jameela Jamil as Questa, and Shirley Henderson as OOOOO. For centuries, people have called out to the universe looking for answers—in Disney and Pixar’s all-new feature film Elio, the universe calls back! The cosmic misadventure introduces Elio, a space fanatic with an active imagination and a huge alien obsession. So, when he’s beamed up to the Communiverse, an interplanetary organization with representatives from galaxies far and wide, Elio’s all in for the epic undertaking. Mistakenly identified as Earth’s leader, Elio must form new bonds with eccentric alien lifeforms, navigate a crisis of intergalactic proportions, and somehow discover who and where he is truly meant to be.
“Elio” is directed by Madeline Sharafian, Domee Shi, and Adrian Molina from a screenplay by Julia Cho, Mark Hammer, and Mike Jones. It’s produced by Mary Alice Drumm. Watch the “Elio” trailer below.
