New walls have been installed on the rooftop of the Mickey & Friends section of the parking garage at Disneyland Resort.
Parking Garage Walls

On the top floor of the parking garage structure, on the Mickey & Friends side, several areas have been blocked off by construction walls made of supports and scrim.

Parking Cast Members are sending guests the “wrong” way down row three, so that the cars are traveling in the opposite direction of the arrow painted on the surface of the garage.

It’s unclear what the walls are for, as no project has been announced by Disney at this time. It may be under a general refurbishment.
The connected Pixar Pals parking garage suffered a fire earlier this year, but the construction likely has nothing to do with it, as it was on the opposite side of the building.
In other Disneyland parking news, the resort recently announced that a new parking structure and pedestrian bridge will be constructed as part of DisneylandForever.
