The Captain Toad figure at the end of Yoshi’s Adventure in Universal Epic Universe is now moving and talking.

The figure appears near the end of the Super Nintendo World attraction. It has been static since Yoshi’s Adventure opened for previews, but now waves and thanks guests for their help in finding the golden egg. See Captain Toad’s movements and hear him speak in our video on X embedded below.

The original Yoshi’s Adventure opened with Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan in 2021. There is no Yoshi’s Adventure in Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood because of space constraints. Here’s the official description for the Epic Universe version:
