Reservations are now available for Bourbon Steak Orlando, a new restaurant opening at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
Bourbon Steak Orlando Reservations
Bourbon Steak Orlando by James Beard and Michelin-recognized Chef Michael Mina replaces Shula’s Steakhouse, which closed this weekend, at the Dolphin. The first date for Bourbon Steak reservations is Saturday, July 26. It is open for dinner only from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The restaurant will offer premium cuts of beef and seafood infused with global flavors, showcasing the three core elements of Mina’s culinary philosophy: product, technique, and presentation. The full menu is coming soon, but it will include expertly crafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and signature desserts.
