Less than a week later, the construction walls around part of Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure are gone, revealing a new sign.
New Trolley Treats Sign
We reported on the construction walls around the facade on June 10. It seems work was not very extensive. The only obvious change to the facade is the circular sign hanging above the display window.
The sign has the same design as the old one, reading “Trolley Treats Candy,” but it’s made of flat pieces instead of a dimensional element. It has two flat circles, with the “Trolley Treats” circles and flat “Candy” lettering layered on top.
For comparison, the photo above shows the old sign. It was thicker with “Candy” in fully dimensional letters. It’s not clear why Disney made the change.
Trolley Treats is on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure.
