Five Nights at Freddy’s has finally been confirmed as a haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights 2025 at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood.
Five Nights at Freddy’s House at Halloween Horror Nights 2025

The news was announced via posts by @HorrorNightsORL and @HorrorNights on X (formerly Twitter).
Universal shared the following description of the haunted house:
You wouldn’t last one night at Freddy’s, let alone five. You’re about to start the night watch at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, where nothing is what it seems. You’ll be hunted by the deadly animatronics Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy as you flee through creepy, abandoned hallways. You’ll even encounter the ghosts in the machines.
This announcement follows Universal’s previous reveal that Five Nights at Freddy’s would be part of this year’s event on both coasts, though they had not specified the extent of its involvement at the time.
Five Nights at Freddy’s originated as a video game in 2014 from creator Scott Cawthon. Since then, the game has received multiple sequels, merchandise collections, and a 2023 film from Blumhouse. A sequel is now in post-production.
Halloween Horror Nights 34 runs on select nights from August 29 through November 2 at Universal Studios Florida. Five Nights at Freddy’s is the latest IP-focused house announced, following Terrifier, Fallout, and JASON UN1V3RSE (Friday the 13th). Original houses for this year are Gálkn: Monsters of the North, Grave of the Flesh, Dolls: Let’s Play Dead, Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters, and El Artista: A Spanish Haunting. Halloween Horror Nights 34 will have an event-wide theme: The Conservatory.
During Halloween Horror Nights 2025 at Universal Studios Hollywood, Five Nights at Freddy’s will join Terrifier, JASON UN1V3RSE, Fallout, and original house Monstruos 3: The Ghosts of Latin America.
Tickets are on sale for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood. Multi-night tickets are on sale for Universal Studios Florida, too, though some options are sold out.
