The new movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, may be a Disney production, but Marvel’s first family falls under the contract with Universal for Marvel Super Hero Island at Islands of Adventure. The group is featured heavily in the land, and now, merchandise for the new film is hitting the shelves.

Where to Buy Fantastic Four Merch at Universal

A store entrance with a red "STORE" sign, offering Fantastic Four merchandise on Marvel Super Hero Island.

We found these items at the Comic Book Shop, located just inside the entrance, next to Auntie Anne’s.

T-shirt – $30

The first item is a cream colored, straight cut shirt featuring colored panels of each character — The Thing is in orange, The Human Torch is in red, Mister Fantastic is in gray, and the Invisible Woman is in blue. Below the portraits is the retro-style Marvel Studios wordmark and the Fantastic Four: First Steps logo. The back of the tee is blank.

While Marvel Super Hero Island is strictly comic-themed, it often carries merchandise from the cinematic universe. On these items, the characters are represented by their 2025 actors: Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing/Ben Grimm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, Pedro Pascal as Mister Fantastic/Reed Richards, and Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman.

Sweatshirt – $55

There’s also a heather gray crewneck sweatshirt. The front is subtle with just the iconic blue 4 logo.

On the back is “Fantastic 4” over a graphic featuring the 4 logo and the characters. The Thing’s glare looms over the logo, with The Human Torch taking flight to his side. In the foreground is Mister Fantastic, with the Invisible Woman conjuring a force field to his side.

Ball Cap – $37

Lastly, a bright blue ball cap by RSVLTS is available. It has a plastic snap closure on the back and a wide brim. The front of the hat is white with the 4 logo in the center.

In recent years, despite the restaurant and attraction devoted to the team, there’s been a notable lack of Fantastic Four merchandise at Islands of Adventure, and in general. While the last few attempts to bring the Silver Surfer to the silver screen have been ill-received (and the rest of the crew, but that didn’t have as much of a ring to it), the optimism about the upcoming film from director Matt Shakman (WandaVision) may see a resurgence in merch. (Maybe we could even get Fantastic Four pressed pennies in the Fantastic Four-themed pressed penny machine?)

Looking for more Fantastic Four? You can also dine at Cafe 4 in the nearby Baxter Building Annex. Well, you can, but should you? We reviewed some of the menu staples to find out.
