The Disney Starlight parade is set to soft open tonight, July 18, and PhotoPass photographers in Magic Kingdom have debuted a new prop and photo border to celebrate.
New Disney Starlight Parade PhotoPass Prop & Border

Guests in Magic Kingdom tonight can celebrate the soft opening of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away with a new PhotoPass prop and border. First, guests can hold a new Disney Starlight parade prop while taking a picture. The prop is a blue oval with the parade’s official wordmark written in white. The wordmark is surrounded by small stars and a swirled blue frame.

The other new PhotoPass item for Disney Starlight is a new border that can be added around the edges of a picture. The border is a mixture of light blue and yellow star-style sparkles filling in the corners, with a Mickey icon formed by three circles in the top right corner. The bottom left corner has the Blue Fairy, who will be featured at the beginning of the Disney Starlight parade, waving her wand.

There is also a vertical version of the Disney Starlight border for longer pictures. The style of this brooder is almost identical, with the Blue Fairy in the bottom right corner.
We have also gotten a first look at the new interactive light-up bubble wand for Disney Starlight, which arrived in Magic Kingdom tonight ahead of the parade’s soft opening.
Disney Starlight will run for the first time in front of guests at 9 p.m. on July 18. The parade will officially debut on July 20 and run twice nightly, once at 9 p.m. and again at 11 p.m.
