Annual Passholder Previews for the updated Test Track opened today, July 13; however, many guests were unable to join the virtual queue at 7 a.m. due to the queue reaching capacity immediately.

On the morning of the first Annual Passholder Test Track preview, many guests were left without “groups” to experience the attraction. Many users are reporting that the Virtual Queue page on the My Disney Experience app has crashed, displaying a blank page instead of opening the actual reservation page. Other reports state that the queue was full immediately at 7 a.m.

We do not know if the spots were limited or if the app was malfunctioning due to high volume traffic. Either way, the 1:00 p.m. drop is still available for Annual Passholders who would like to try again.
It is possible that guests at EPCOT could get a preview without a reservation, as during yesterday’s DVC Member preview, all DVC Members were allowed to experience the reimagined attraction regardless of having a hotel reservation. If previews go smoothly, Disney could open a similar option to Annual Passholders.
Test Track also unexpectedly soft opened to more guests on July 11, though Disney did not make any announcements at the time.
Test Track Virtual Queue

Guests can find the virtual queue page easily by searching “virtual queue” in the app. Passholder previews continue on July 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19.
The virtual queue will open at 7 a.m. to Passholders with an EPCOT theme park reservation for the respective date, and then again at 1 p.m. to all Passholders. Guests do not need to be in a theme park when they request to join the virtual queue.
