A new die-cast Cars set includes Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, Red, and DJ in their Haul-O-Ween costumes from Cars Land.
Cars Halloween Die Cast Pack – $34.99
Lightning McQueen has a superhero costume with a dark blue cape and “mask” on his windows. His lightning bolt decals are extra large for the costume, and he has an “LMQ” superhero logo.
Tow Mater is dressed as a vampire with his truck bed painted dark purple and a large collar around his head. He has fangs, red eyes, and a black Dracula wig.
Red the firetruck has donned a big red clown nose, purple wig, little green hat, and makeup. DJ, who previously appeared in Cars Land for “DJ’s Dance ‘n’ Drive,” hasn’t changed his appearance much for Haul-O-Ween. He just has a yellow-orange mohawk and matching soul patch.
The figures are 1:43 scale with the following dimensions:
- Lightning McQueen: approx. 4 3/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches by 2 inches
- Mater: approx. 4 2/5 inches by 2 2/5 inches by 2 1/4 inches
- DJ: 3 1/2 inches by 2 4/5 inches by 2 1/2 inches
- Red: approx. 5 1/6 inches by 3 1/8 inches by 2 1/4 inches
- Packaging: approx. 13 3/4 inches by 13 7/8 inches by 10 inches
The vehicles are recommended for ages 3 and up.
Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort officially kicks off on August 22. Haul-O-Ween decorations will likely start going up in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure in a few weeks. A Vampire Tow Mater popcorn bucket was available last year, along with various Halloween menu items.
