Blue Ribbon Corn Dog has updated its menu once again, adding a new Nashville Hot Mozzarella stick. Naturally, we had to test it out for ourselves and see if it is as spicy as it sounds.

The new Nashville Hot Mozzarella stick was added to the menu alongside the recently added Deep Fried Banana, and after a short, two-day refurbishment of the kiosk.
Review
Nashville Hot Mozzarella – $15.50
Standard mozzarella stick covered in the Nashville hot seasoning, and served with ranch dressing and a bag of chips
If you’re going into this expecting “Disney spice levels,” you will be surprised! This is legitimately spicy, and lives up to its “Nashville hot” name.
It also has a great cheese pull if you enjoy that.

This is very spicy, yet delicious, and is our favorite menu item we’ve had from Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs in a long time. The seasoning is very hot spice-wise, and will stick to your lips as you eat, as it’s only on the breading of the mozzarella stick (which can get a little messy).
You can offset the heat with the included ranch dipping cup, but we found the cup to be almost too small for dipping.
We don’t find the spice overpowering here, but if you’re not a spice-lover, we would suggest you skip this and try the regular Mozzarella stick instead. Our mouths are still burning!
This is pretty good, but we don’t think it’s worth racing to the BoardWalk over to try unless you love spicy snacks.
