As it stands, Stardust Racers doesn’t have the most restrictive seats for a theme park ride, but it can be a tight fit for some guests. The coaster trains can fit 20 riders total, with two guests per row. The update will include one larger seat on each train.

We don’t know which row will be the location for the modified seating, but the new seats are reportedly already on site. Typically, size-inclusive modified seating involves adjusting mechanisms already in place.

Stardust Racers is a steel launched dueling coaster manufactured by Mack Rides. The two sides tracks are called Pulsar and Photon. Both are 5,000 feet long, hit a height of 133 feet, and reach a speed of 62 miles per hour. The inverted crisscross section of the coaster is called the “Celestial Spin.” The height restriction is 48 inches. Guests are warned they must wear shoes at all times on the ride.
