Churro rolled in Cocoa Sugar, topped with Pistachio Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Crispy Phyllo Dough Crumbles, and Crushed Pistachios
This unique take on the classic churro is interesting and fun. Our particular churro was a little stale, at least for a Disneyland churro. However, the toppings and flavors were all on point.
While pistachio, cocoa sugar, and phyllo dough crumbles sounds like a strange combination, they actually work better together than we expected. The dough crumbs were particularly nice for an added bit of texture, though the pistachios were also excellent.
