Following construction walls going up in the Japan pavilion earlier this summer, a new gashapon kiosk has opened at EPCOT, offering toys related to Sanrio, Dragon Ball Daima, Chainsaw Man, and more.
Gashapon Kiosk Now Open in Japan Pavilion

Gashapon (or gachapon) is a type of capsule toy obtained via vending machines, which originates from Japan. The word “gashapon” is trademarked by Bandai, which is the maker of the machines at this kiosk.
The kiosk resides just past the stairs to Katsura Grill. Construction walls originally went up in June 2025 and expanded in July. All four sides of the kiosk now offer these gachapon machines, packed with capsule toys from a variety of IP, including:
- Dragon Ball Daima
- One Piece
- Kirby and the Forgotten Land
- Sanrio x Cardcaptor Sakura
- My Hero Academia
- Sanrio Characters
- Demon Slayer
- SpyxFamily
- JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
- Chainsaw Man

Guests can make purchases via this screen and the card reader built into the kiosk. The machines are card only, and the capsule toys can cost anywhere from $9 to $15. Once you pay for your desired toy IP, guests can turn the crank to dispense one random toy.
