Limited Time Starlight Frozen Dream Glacier at Walt Disney World – Reviewed and Rated

A limited-time frozen glacier treat inspired by Disney Starlight is available at Magic Kingdom: the Starlight Frozen Dream! Read on for our review.

The frozen treat can be found at Main Street Confectionery, located across from the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom.

We previously tried to review this slush last week, but the Confectionery was out of all of the advertised toppings.

Fanta Piña Colada and blue raspberry frozen Glacier with whipped cream, castle gummies, and gold sprinkles

This is a fun, photogenic drink for sure, but at the end of the day, it’s just an overpriced slushie. The blue raspberry works well with the Fanta Piña Colada, and the combination cuts some of the sweetness. The whipped cream on top also changes up the texture a bit when mixed in.

The sprinkles add nothing to the flavor profile, but they are pretty. The castle gummy, however, is also blue raspberry flavored, and we like the addition.

This is super refreshing on a hot day, but it’s still nothing special. If you are a connoisseur of blue raspberry slushies, then give it a try, but it’s not life-changing otherwise. That being said, if it had the option to include caffeine or alcohol, we’d score it higher.

A brightly lit Disney Starlight Parade float shaped like a train passes cheering crowds at night.

Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away made its debut on July 18 in a surprise performance two days prior to its scheduled opening. The parade features floats inspired by several Disney properties, including Moana, Peter Pan, Encanto, and Coco. The float also features an original character, a train named Whimsy.

The nighttime parade’s debut also saw a new merchandise collection released, as well as several themed treats from the Confectionery. We reviewed the Disney Starlight Popcorn Mix.

Watch our POV of Disney Starlight below, and check out our honest review of the new parade.
