The Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Mayor Sipper is available exclusively to guests attending the 2025 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

The sipper is a conical pyramid, shaped like the fan-favorite Mayor of Halloweentown. His shoulders make up the base, giving the sipper a flat bottom for stability. It features his most iconic feature: his rotating face. One side shows his peachy, smiling visage, while the other is a ghastly face of distress.
His very, very tall hat sits atop. There’s also a detachable lanyard for ease of carrying.
The sipper straw hides under a rectangular black closure. The hat also screws on and off to reveal the open area of the Mayor’s rotating head for your drink of choice.
The Mayor Sipper is only available at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe during party hours (7 p.m. – midnight). There is a limit of two per person, per transaction.
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party runs from August 15 – October 31 on select nights. It’s a separately ticketed event, and daytime admission to Magic Kingdom is not required. To see the current available dates and prices, check our list.
