Team Members can use up to two of their complimentary passes for entry in one calendar month. Previously, Team Members would have to purchase an individual day ticket if they wished to visit the new park.

Team Member previews at Epic Universe began March 17 and were extended through April 5. During those dates, Team Members and their families could visit the park before its May 22 grand opening.

There was some controversy surrounding the Team Member previews, as some employees reportedly brought vloggers, reviewers, and influencers as “family members,” and those media posted Epic Universe content before it was allowed.

Starting in 2026, guests will be able to hop between Epic Universe and other Universal Orlando Resort theme parks with park-to-park tickets. It is also likely that the park may be added to Annual Passes in 2026.

Currently, Passholders have to purchase a separate one-day admission to Epic Universe. The park is not included in Annual Pass admission. Universal has not announced when Epic Universe will be added to Annual Pass admission, but the end of Passholder perks (currently listed for December 31, 2025) could mean it will be in 2026. Epic Universe admission would likely be an upgrade available to pre-existing Passholders.
