In a recent change to the Walt Disney World dining reservation calendar, The Beak and Barrel at Magic Kingdom now has many more dates available for smaller party sizes.
The Beak and Barrel

The Beak and Barrel is the newest dining venue to open in Magic Kingdom. The location is a bar, similar in nature to Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, but inspired by the nearby Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
Bookings for The Beak and Barrel first opened to all guests on August 20, 2025. Within one hour, most dates for larger party sizes of four or more were completely booked through the end of October, which was the end of the dining calendar at the time. After another hour, practically every date on the calendar for The Beak and Barrel was completely booked for all party sizes, even single guests.
Additional Bookings Now Open

However, the dining reservation calendar has recently been updated for The Beak and Barrel, and several previously-booked dates are now open again for smaller parties. When checking for reservations on either the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app, single guests can now book most weekdays in September and October.

Many new reservations have also opened up for parties of two guests. Dates in September are a bit more limited, but most dates in October were still available at the time of writing.

It appears the additional availability only applies for parties of one or two. When increasing the number of guests to three or more, the calendar returns to its mostly-grayed-out state.
One important note is that this page is also used to book reservations for The Beak and Barrel during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. The tavern is open for the complete party hours, so reservations are listed until nearly midnight on select dates. However, you must have a separate Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party ticket in order to get into Magic Kingdom on these nights, regardless of whether or not you booked a reservation.
