• In the latest update to the story of a guest who died shortly after riding Stardust Racers at Epic Universe, Orange County officials revealed the investigation into the incident is being carried out under Florida’s manslaughter statute.
• The family of the late Kevin Rodríguez Zavala, the guest who passed away shortly after riding Stardust Racers at Epic Universe, has now retained famous attorney Ben Crump to represent them.

• Over 400 artists — including several who have worked with Disney, signed an open letter by the American Civil Liberties Union denouncing Disney’s decision to pull Jimmy Kimmel off the air.
