In the video, a man named Nick is watching the pit masters at work when a cast member approaches and asks if he’d like to try one for free — and he’ll get to be Pit Expert of the Day!
She asks him his name and a question about food temperature, and then we cut to Nick wielding a fresh-off-the-smoker turkey leg wrapped in paper to make the official announcement: “Turkey legs are ready!” We also see the chalkboard displayed next to the smoker with “Pit Expert of the Day: Nick!” written on it.
