Disney Hercules Stage Show

This is Disney Cruise Line’s second Hercules show. Hercules: The Muse-ical was performed on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder ships, but retired in 2008. The former show was a more comedic “Vaudevillian” take on the animated classic while the new show follows the film’s story more closely.

Disney Destiny

November 10 marked the christening of the Disney Destiny with a drone projection show. Susan Egan, the voice of Megara from Hercules, is the godmother of the Heroes and Villains-themed ship.
Themed spaces aboard the Destiny include Doctor Strange-inspired The Sanctum lounge, Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired Cask & Cannon bar, De Vil’s piano bar, the Pride Lands: Feast of the Lion King restaurant, and a Wakandan Grand Hall with a Black Panther statue. Spider-Man is the stern character.
The ship’s maiden voyage begins on November 20, followed by an inaugural season of four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean from Port Everglades.
