Walt Disney World Introduces New Base for Create-Your-Own Plush Headband

Walt Disney World has a new version of the plain base headband guests can purchase and accessorize with a variety of character plush. The headband is sold separately from the plush, which attach with Velcro straps.

The previous headband had a black exterior and blue velour lining. The new headband is all black and has the Walt Disney World wordmark embroidered in white on one side. We found the new iteration at Star Traders in Magic Kingdom.

The create-your-own-headbands debuted at Walt Disney World last year. To create your own, select as many plush accessories as you want. Then, attach them to the headband with the fabric strap located on the back. The base headband is $9.99, and the mini plush accessories are $11.99 each.
