Two new open edition pins at Walt Disney World are for “honorary” Mickey Mouse Club members and pin traders.
We found these in the Emporium but they will likely be available at other Walt Disney World pin locations.
Honorary Mickey Mouse Club Member Pin – $14.99
This oval-shaped pin is white with a red border, based on the Mickey Mouse Club logo. The white stars are across the top. It reads “Disney Parks Honorary Mickey Mouse Club Member,” with Mickey’s name in the lettering style of the old show.
The Mickey Mouse Club was a variety show that aired intermittently from 1955 to 1996. There were 620 episodes that aired over the course of 14 seasons. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the show, classic Mickey Mouse Club apparel and more debuted at Disney World this fall.
Honorary Pin Trader Pin – $14.99
This pin is also oval-shaped but blue with white stars on the edge. The Authentic Disney Pins logo is at the top. The text in the center reads “Honorary Pin Trader.” At the bottom is “Wanna Trade?” text.
