Permits recently filed in Orange County suggest that the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa could be headed for an interior remodel.
Treehouse Refurbishment

Disney Vacation Club has submitted multiple permits listing Land‑Ron, Inc. as the contractor for the project, with an expiration date set for January 7, 2027.

Land‑Ron is a nationwide hotel renovation firm based in Orlando, Florida, with more than three decades of experience in luxury interior renovations.
The company has a long track record of working with major hospitality brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Disney, specializing in high-end interior finishes, design-build solutions, and project management for large-scale hotel renovations.

The permits don’t specify the scope of work. However, the expiration date and contractor Land‑Ron, suggest a focused interior refurbishment throughout the Treehouse Villas, rather than structural or exterior work.

No announcement has been made by Disney for any refurbishment projects associated with the Treehouse Villas.

The Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
The Treehouse Villas offer a distinct Disney Vacation Club experience. Each villa is a three-bedroom unit that sleeps up to nine adults, elevated about 10 feet off the ground amid a wooded landscape along the Sassagoula River.

Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper furniture, and two full bathrooms.
Bedrooms include large windows, ceiling fans, TVs, and USB ports, and there’s even a washer and dryer for longer stays. The villas combine rustic charm with modern conveniences, providing a secluded, forested retreat while still being just a short drive from the rest of Disney Springs and Walt Disney World.
