A document filed by Disney with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection reveals the potential outlines of buildings for the Cars-inspired Piston Peak National Park area and Disney Villains Land coming to Magic Kingdom.
Piston Peak and Villains Land Buildings

Piston Peak National Park will take up most of the former Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island footprint as part of the existing Frontierland. Disney Villains Land will be to the north of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and The Haunted Mansion in an area currently backstage.
The filing relates to utilities like water management but includes multiple buildings. The green lines represent underground utilities connecting the new areas to the existing Magic Kingdom facilities.
The buildings are each marked as a “facility”. Two large buildings in the Villains area may be show buildings for rides or shows. They could also be shopping or dining opportunities. Disney already announced the land will have two attractions, but no other details on distinct offerings. There’s also a small building between the show buildings, and a long building between the Villains and Cars areas, just north of Big Thunder Mountain.
In the Cars area is a semi-circle-shaped building and two smaller buildings. This space will also have two attractions. The “off-road” rally race ride will be mostly outdoors, but the semi-circle building is likely part of it. We don’t know much about the second attraction, but it could be mostly outside.
The small facility near The Haunted Mansion could be a number of things, from extended queue for that attraction, to restrooms, to a bar, lounge, or dining facility. Whatever it is, Disney has not even remotely alluded to it at this point.
