Walt Disney World is currently facing the coldest temperatures the area has seen since 2010. Disney has been making some noticeable preparations and changes, including moving some characters around in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Woody & Jessie Moved

Woody and Jessie typically meet outside of the Toy Story Mania queue building. However, due to the weather, they have temporarily relocated to Pixar Plaza in Joy’s meeting area. Cast Member stated that they will likely meet in this location tomorrow, February 1, as well.

While displaced, Joy is roaming around Pixar Plaza. it appears the other characters who meet in the area will stay in their typical places. It is likely warmer in the confinements of the Pixar Plaza courtyard rather than in the open area of Toy Story Land.

Salting, planter coverings, and more prep work has been occurring to protect the park from freezing temperatures and icy conditions.
