Disney Skliner to EPCOT Closed

Guests hoping to travel from their resort to the first day of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts have found the Disney Skyliner unexpectedly unavailable.

There are signs at some of the Skyliner stations letting guests know the line is closed. A reader told us they saw a sandwich board sign at the Riviera Resort station plus “Closed” under EPCOT on the operating hours sign.

However, there was not a sandwich board sign at the entrance to Caribbean Beach Resort’s station. The My Disney Experience app would usually send guests a notification for such a closure but hasn’t yet.

The monitors at the Riviera Resort bus station still tell guests to "Use Skyliner" to travel to EPCOT, even though it is closed.

The other Disney Skyliner lines, including to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, appear to be operational at this time.

The Disney Skyliner will close for routine maintenance later this month.
