Frozen Ever After at EPCOT is now closed as it undergoes updates to install new Audio-Animatronics of Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff. In its place are signage, a game, and pin trading.
Frozen Ever After Signage

There are no construction walls, but there is a sign that reads: “Frozen Ever After is temporarily closed while we work on something worth melting for. Please enjoy the rest of your day in EPCOT!”

There is also a large game of Connect 4 for guests to play with, and Cast Members were posted near the entrance with pins to trade.
Frozen Ever After Updates

In 2023, World of Frozen opened at Hong Kong Disneyland, featuring many technical updates for the Frozen Ever After boat ride. Among those updates were new Audio-Animatronics of Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff with articulated, physical faces.
EPCOT’s version of the attraction will receive the same Audio-Animatronic figures. It’s expected to reopen in February 2026, but there is no exact reopening date yet.
