Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort has announced new limited-edition treats flavored with banana to kick off the new year.

The front of this month’s menu card is tombstone-shaped and features a green gargoyle face. The text “Gideon’s Bakehouse Morsels” is below it.

The back of the card lists the treats and beverages that will be available in January, including a new Banana Box Pie cookie. At the bottom right corner of the card is a QR code to follow Gideon’s Bakehouse on social media to keep up with their latest treats and merchandise.

January’s Limited-Edition Treats

As stated in their announcement post on social media, Gideon’s Bakehouse stated that they wanted to start 2026 with something new.

Banana Box Pie Cookie – NEW

The first new treat available for purchase is the banana box pie cookie. This cookie combines real banana, toffee, and Gideon’s Bakehouse’s “secret blend of spices,” topped with white chocolate and crunchy candied vanilla wafers. It will be available each day as supplies last at both Gideon’s Bakehouse Orlando locations at Disney Springs and the East End Market.

Banana Moonpie Cake Slices – NEW

There is also a new banana moonpie cake slice for guests to try. It will be available while supplies last on Saturdays and Wednesdays with a limit of two per person. This roasted banana cake is layered with graham cracker marshmallow buttercream and filled with crispy vanilla wafer crumble and mini marshmallows, and is topped with half of a mini moonpie. ⁣

Banana Nitro Cold Brew

Finally, the featured drink for January is the banana nitro cold brew. As the team from Gideon’s says, “this one is made from real banana, not some flavor in a bottle nonsense.” This drink will only be available at Gideon’s in Disney Springs this month.

Merchandise

Guests can also look forward to new merchandise celebrating the fifth anniversary of the Disney Springs location of Gideon’s Bakehouse. The bakery is also releasing a special free gift on that day, according to the Instagram post.
