Refurbishment Underway on Grizzly River Run at Disney California Adventure

The mountain range of Grizzly River Run at Disney California Adventure is being refurbished during the water ride’s annual closure.

Refurbishment Begins on Grizzly River Run at Disney California Adventure

Grizzly River Run closed earlier this month and does not yet have a reopening date. It looks like part of the refurbishment work will include extensive maintenance on the rocky facade. There’s scaffolding wrapped in beige scrim all over this side of the mountain. Work could include resculpting and repainting as needed.

Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind and Incredicoaster also closed for refurbishment this month. Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind will reopen on January 23 and Incredicoaster will reopen on February 6.
